Mark Taylor is Counsel to King, Moench & Collins, based out of the firm’s Red Bank office.

Mark has over a decade of complex civil litigation experience. He has represented national carriers, community associations, and self-insured and individual clients in matters related to personal injury, premises liability, auto accidents and SIU fraud investigations. He is experienced in residential real estate transactions, business formation and estate planning.

Outside of his legal practice, Mark is a committed community leader in his hometown of Red Bank. He is the current President of the Red Bank Borough Education Foundation, raising money to support S.T.E.A.M. and S.T.E.M. focused projects for Red Bank schoolchildren. He has also been elected to office in Red Bank twice, having served as both a Councilmember from 2016-2018 and member of the Charter Study Commission from 2022-2023.

Mark earned two undergraduate degrees from the University of Scranton, including a B.A. in History and a B.S. in Criminal Justice. He earned his law degree from Widener University, graduating with a Pro Bono distinction.
