Nicholas D. Hession joined the firm in October of 2024 as an associate. He is based in the Red Bank office and works to support the firm across all its practice areas. Prior to joining the firm, Nick was law clerk to the Honorable Joseph W. Oxley in Monmouth County Superior Court for the 2023-2024 term.

Nick attended Seton Hall University School of Law, where he concentrated in cybersecurity and privacy law. There, he participated in the Eugene Gressman Moot Court Competition and was on the executive board for the St. Thomas More Society. Nick also attended Seton Hall University, where he double-majored in Philosophy and Religious Studies with a minor in Computer Science.
