Krishna is Senior Counsel at King, Moench & Collins, resident in the firm's Red Bank office. With over thirteen years of experience advising individuals, businesses, and government entities, he concentrates his practice across a range of transactional matters, including residential and commercial real estate, land use, redevelopment, and estate planning. His practice also encompasses business and non-profit formation, commercial leasing, and the negotiation and drafting of a broad range of contracts and agreements. In addition, Krishna advises numerous public entities throughout New Jersey on municipal, planning, redevelopment, and labor law matters.

In 2024, Krishna was honored with the "Unsung Hero" Award from the New Jersey Legal Awards, which recognizes attorneys whose behind-the-scenes contributions produce outstanding results for their clients.

Prior to joining King, Moench & Collins in 2022, Krishna held several positions in state government in both Arizona and New Jersey, where his work centered on regulatory and administrative law. Earlier in his career, following law school, he practiced civil litigation in the private sector.

A native of Monmouth County, New Jersey, Krishna is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, and Arizona. He received his J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School and his B.A., summa cum laude, from Rutgers University, where he was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa and participated in the Rutgers Eagleton Institute of Politics Undergraduate Associates Program. He currently serves as a Member-at-Large of the Executive Committee of The Rutgers Club.
