Nakicha “Nikki” Barr is Of Counsel to King, Moench & Collins, based out of its Morris County office in Morris Plains. At the firm, Nikki focuses her practice on a variety of sectors and industries, including a focus on general litigation, municipal law, land use, and real estate-based transactions.
In addition to her work with the firm, Nikki serves as Associate General Counsel to one of the world’s largest sweet-packaged food companies. In this role, Nikki oversees legal operations of some the world’s leading chocolate brands and counsels her clients on matters involving product innovation and product, marketing and advertising law, privacy law, intellectual property disputes, food safety and food regulatory law, sustainability matters, and consumer class action lawsuits.

Nikki attended Seton Hall University School of Law as part of the evening division. While at Seton Hall, Nikki served as Student Bar Association President for the evening division. She was a member of the Seton Hall Mock Trial team and participated in many national mock trial competitions. Nikki earned her B.A. degree from Rutgers University where she majored in Political Science and minored Employment Law. Nikki is fluent in French.
