Krishna serves as Counsel to King, Moench & Collins, based out of its Red Bank office. Bringing over 12 years of experience in counseling individuals, businesses, and government entities, Krishna focuses on a variety of transactional practice areas, including residential and commercial real estate transactions, land use, redevelopment matters, and estate planning. Krishna also has an extensive background in business and non-profit formation, commercial leasing, negotiating and drafting various types of contracts and agreements, and advising on business transactions. He also provides counsel to several public entities throughout New Jersey on several aspects of municipal, planning, redevelopment, and labor law.

In 2024, he received the “Unsung Hero” Award from the New Jersey Legal Awards, an award that recognizes the successful contributions of attorneys who work behind the scenes to deliver outstanding client results.

Before joining King, Moench & Collins in 2022, Krishna spent many years working in state government, both in Arizona and New Jersey, focusing on various aspects of regulatory and administrative law. Following law school and before entering government service, Krishna worked in private practice handling civil litigation.

A native of Monmouth County, Krishna is a member of the Bars of New Jersey, New York, and Arizona. He earned his J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School and his B.A., summa cum laude, from Rutgers, where he graduated as a member of Phi Beta Kappa. While at Rutgers, Krishna was a member of the Rutgers Eagleton Institute of Politics Undergraduate Associates Program.
