Before pursuing a career in law, she spent a decade in Human Resources and Operations. Most recently, as Senior Director of Talent Operations at a global marketing agency, she oversaw resource management for a team of 1,500 marketing professionals across North America, Latin America, EMEA, and APAC.

While working full-time, Alyssa attended Seton Hall University School of Law’s weekend program, graduating in 2024. She was a member of the Student Bar Association, elected by her peers to represent the weekend students’ unique interests at the law school. During law school, she interned at an employment law firm in Red Bank and dedicated significant time to studying education law, focusing on parental rights in school systems.

Alyssa earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Labor and Employment Relations from Penn State University, where she was also a member of the Penn State Cheerleading Team.

Born and raised in Monmouth County, Alyssa now resides there with her husband and daughter.
