Gerard Tyrrell is an associate at King, Moench & Collins LLP’s Morris County Office, where he works on general litigation matters. Prior to joining the firm, he was an Assistant Prosecutor in the Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office, where he was most recently a member of the Trial Unit and Burglary Task Force Unit. While at the Prosecutor’s Office, he also worked on appeals, juvenile, domestic violence, Megan’s Law, and Recovery Court cases. Gerard worked in civil litigation before joining the Prosecutor’s Office.
Gerard graduated summa cum laude from Rutgers Law School in Camden in 2021. While in law school, he was a member of the Rutgers Law Review and Hunter Moot Court competition and board, as well as a teaching assistant for legal writing and torts. He was also and Eagleton Fellow, and interned for a federal district court Judge and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey.
Gerard graduated from The College of New Jersey with a bachelor’s degree in political science and a minor in German.
